Upload 5–20 photos of your child, we train a personal AI model that learns their unique facial features, and then generate professional-quality portraits across 12+ themed settings — everything from Astronaut to Christmas to Royal Portrait.

You need a minimum of 5 photos, but we recommend uploading 10–20 for the best results. More photos give the AI more to learn from, leading to greater accuracy and likeness. Use clear face shots with good lighting and a variety of angles — the AI benefits from seeing your child from slightly different perspectives.

Training typically takes 5–20 minutes, depending on how many photos you uploaded and the current processing queue. You'll receive a notification when your AI model is ready to generate portraits.

CutelyAI works for children aged 0–18 years, but produces the most magical results for babies and toddlers under 5. The AI is specifically tuned for young children's facial features and proportions.

Use clear face shots with good natural or indoor lighting. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or hats that obscure the face. A mix of angles works best — front-facing shots plus a few at a slight side angle. Avoid heavily blurred or very dark photos.

Each theme generates 4 high-resolution images at 1024×1024 resolution. You get all 4 images for a single credit, so you always have variety to choose your favourite.

Yes. After your AI model has been trained, you can adjust your child's hair colour, eye colour, skin tone, hair type, and more before generating portraits. This lets you fine-tune the AI's understanding of your child's unique features.

Yes, absolutely. Once your AI model is trained you can generate portraits as many times as you like, across any themes, for as long as you have credits. There is no limit to how many times you can generate from the same model.

Generated portraits are 1024×1024 JPEG. If you need larger files, upscaling to 2× or 4× resolution is available on the Pro plan and above, using 5 credits per image.

All photos are stored privately on Cloudflare R2, encrypted at rest using AES-256. Your files are never publicly accessible — they can only be accessed by your account through a time-limited signed URL.

Only you. Our AI training partner (fal.ai) processes photos to train your model under a strict data processing agreement. We never share, sell, or grant access to your photos to any third party beyond what is required to run the service.

Yes. Deleting your account from the settings page permanently removes all uploaded photos, trained AI models, and generated portrait images within 24 hours. This action cannot be undone.

We take children's privacy extremely seriously. Your child's photos are private, never shared publicly, and are never used to train any shared or public AI model — they are used exclusively to create your personal AI model. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Never. Your child's photos and trained AI model are exclusively yours. We do not sell, license, share, or use your child's images for any purpose other than generating your requested portraits.

Credits are the currency used to pay for photo generation and editing in CutelyAI. A standard portrait generation costs 1 credit and produces 4 images. Upscaling costs 5 credits per image. Premium (FLUX Pro) generation costs 5 credits per theme. AI model training is not billed by credits — it is gated by your plan tier.

No. Credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected monthly usage. If you need more credits mid-cycle, you can top up with a one-time credit purchase.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan and credits will continue until the end of your current billing period — there are no cancellation fees.

We offer partial refunds based on your unused credits and the number of AI models trained, since training uses real GPU compute that costs us money. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your payment and we'll calculate a fair refund for you.

Portrait generation is paused when your credit balance reaches zero. You can continue using your account by purchasing a one-time credit top-up from the billing page, or by upgrading to a higher plan with more monthly credits.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP image files. The maximum file size is 10MB per photo. If your photos are larger, resize them before uploading — image quality at 10MB is more than sufficient for AI training.

Training failures are usually caused by too few usable face photos, heavily blurred images, or photos where the face is obscured by sunglasses, hats, or hands. Delete the subject and try again with a fresh set of clearer photos — ideally 10–20 clear, well-lit shots with the face clearly visible.

CutelyAI works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop. Mobile browsers on iOS (Safari) and Android (Chrome) are also fully supported.
