A credit is the unit used to pay for photo generation and editing on CutelyAI. Standard portraits cost 1 credit, while premium features like upscaling or 3D models cost 5–20 credits. AI model training does not cost credits — it's included in your plan tier.

When you upload photos of your child, CutelyAI trains a personalized AI model that learns their unique facial features. This takes 5–20 minutes and lets you generate portraits in any theme. Each plan includes a set number of model trainings per month.

Credits do not roll over at the end of each billing cycle. Your credit balance resets when your plan renews. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected monthly usage.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. We never store your card details.

We offer partial refunds based on your unused credits and the number of AI models you have trained, since training costs us real GPU compute. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your payment and we'll calculate a fair refund for you.
